How can I cancel this account? I'm stuck on let's complete this activation. Without the ability to cancel it anywhere.

if you haven't successfully activated your new PM account, haven't paid any $$ and haven't ported your number from previous network...there's nothing to cancel. If you pre-paid for sim and a plan but have chosen to not activate...well that's on you. PM will likely not refund anything.
