Can’t complete 2FA

I have been trying to change my SIM card but whenever I try to change it on the app it asks for 2FA and sends a message with the code to my number which is not currently receiving messages.

Did you try clicking Didn't Receive Code or Resend code and see if Send email option is there?

If not there, ask PM to help.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
