hi @Kotajack if you use Chrome, click the 3 dots on top right, select New Incognito window or Incognito Tab
You can also try to use a desktop browser if you have been using mobile

What browser are you using?
Chrome or what else?
At least, try to clear your cache and clear your cookies first and try again.
Try logging into your account using a different device like a computer or laptop instead of your mobile phone, if you can.

Click on the three little dots in the upper right corner of your browser and choose private mode or incognito mode , depending on which browser you use.
