Hi, I'm looking to change my self-serve/account email but the account area does not provide any option.
Seems like this is a manual thing?

I agree but watching on the news and google news, I am very surprised how hackers can SIM swap.
Great that CS_Agent was able to help you.
I would suggest you save your email address and password on your phone.

Thank you for the replies. chat support has updated it.
@BKNS27 i personally can't see how this prevents SIM swapping. If your SIM is swapped then the attacker has all the tools to follow a process like this to reset it. It does add to the illusion of security though

As for security to minimize SIM swapping and possible hacking into your account and changing the email.
You are required to contact a CS_Agent to help you change your email address on your account.
