Can't call out but I have unlimited minutes on my plan

I have an unlimited plan but I can't seem to call out. I tried resetting my network settings rebooting my phone and putting the plus 1 in front of the nunber

@JackSmith1 usually within 2 to 4 hours.  But it is late in EST, wait till tomorrow and open another ticket or message them for updates if you still not  hear anything

We are having the same issue- how long does it take for someone to respond to the ticket??

Okay I did that but still no luck

try to add 1 before the 10 digits number

 

but there has been some voice problem, you could be one of them.  Please open ticket with support 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
