Once I ported from fizz mobile. I can’t seem to call or text anyone. Tried to open a ticket but so far no reply from the team.

Yes removed fizz and only my data is working for PM.

did you remove Fizz sim or disable Fizz eSIM? is PM sim active and set as Primary?
