Can't call and receive call,only can text message

Hi,

I am using the $10 plan with 50min call and 50 message. It worked well in the first month. But I can't call and other people can't call me too. When I was calling people, it told me"I can't call long distance."But I just call people in the same city in BC. When people call me, the call just end right away.

As @srlawren said, you might have used your 50 miuntes for the month.  Log into your account and see when your plan will be renewing.
