Can't call a Cell Phone Number

Why Can't I call this one cell phone number (902-818-2794) from my public mobile phone but this number can call me with no trouble.  I can also call this number from a Bell Cell Phone.

when I dial that number...it's no longer in service.

did you just join PM lately? can you all other numbers?

make sure you removed all your old provider sim card and disable all old provider esim

Check to confirm PM sim is enabled and set as Primary.  Then Reboot and Reset network settings and make the call again

but if you are still unable to call the number, please check with PM for help.

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
