It keeps saying the voucher is no good I have bout two 25dollars won't except either and I have 25 in my account won't even allow me to add that

@The_greek50 Are your services working properly, and is it your cycle renewal date? Then ignore it. The normal PM renewal process is expired, then suspended, payment comes out at 2am est (on the self service account date) then the plan resets for the next 30 day cycle at 6am est . Once your phone is working properly ignore it. Just check for you 611 payment thankyou text message tomorrow.

try calling 611 to add it. also check if on voucher there are multiple codes. try the code you have not. some vouchers seem to have 2 or 3, 12-15 digit numbers (cant remember the length.)

@Leesmith Depending on where/when you got the voucher, they apparently are not all activated immediately..... some of them take several hours before you can use them, OR some of them have more than one LOOOONG number on them that appear as though they might be the number to use, but only one of them is correct..... make sure you're reading the voucher carefully.

When did you purchase the voucher ? Sometimes it can take time for it to be activated.
