I just paid for a new account but can't complete activation as the phone i'm trying to download the app on says the app is not available in this country .. my nephew is from egypt and that's where his phone is from, however we took out his sim and changed country region .. still can't download the app .. i want to cancel this subscription. Can someone help?

He needs to login to his App Store or Google Store account and change in his account settings.

@George15 He needs to change the location to Canada on his App Store on phone . Then be able to download the app
