Hello, I am a new client and have just purchased a package. Now to get my Esim, I have to download the PublicMobile app. However, as an international student who just came to Canada, my iphone’s app store is not set as the store from my home country. And to change that and be able to download the app, I must have a local number (which I don’t). Could you help me please ? Is there another way to activate the Esim ??

you need to change back to physical sim first. After you have physical sim, then you can get eSIM using the app
buy a physical from Telus store, then ask to help update the sim by message
