New website not working at all

Can’t log into my account at all , I get a public mobile page with all the plans , now I can’t text or call and have no data? 

is there a number I can call? So frustrating!

It sounds like you are currently suspended for lack of payment for whatever reason. There is no number to call.

1. if you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and make a payment from your registered card.

2. You can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and use 611 that would not need that pin

3. You can go to a few stores and use the real time payments method.

This will reactivate the account and then you can use the sms option for the account.

Or is it possible that you had a credit card problem and the bank did chargebacks?
