Can’t activate new E-SIM (But got charged twice)!!!

I subscribed to a plan earlier today and tried brining in my old number but I’m having issues trying to activate the e-sim. It keeps telling me to contact support but even that doesn’t work. I made another account and tried doing it again and got the same issue and I have 2 charges on my card now… what’s going on??? @CS_Agent

The response time is normally within an 1/2 hour when I contact a CS_Agent but may take up to 2 hours depending on how busy they are so keep your eyes on Message icon in your Avatar.

What’s the usual response time from them? I’ve never had such a hard time trying to reach customer service.

You didn’t need to make a second account. Now you messed everything up with 2 accounts.

All you need to do is to contact a CS_Agent to fix the first account and cancel the second account and ask for a refund on the second account. 

Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or.
