Hello both my previous service and Eversafe are sending codes to my phone, but my phone is being transferred so I can't access anything to sign in and activate my service. Help!

Clearing cache did not work. Still leads to this page, tried through community account and there is still no option for EverSafe to change to email for my 2FA. Worried that Bell will not cancel as they've asked me to verify my cancelation as well by text.

Click on Confirm for full access.
If you are still having issues, go into your settings, applications, find the PM app and clear the cache. Then log back in and see if that fixes it and let's you move on to the next round.

It is still leading me in circles. I can do the code to email, however even after providing the right code it sends me back to the Ever Safe, with no option to change to email over text so I can't get in.

Just click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then you have the option to send the 2FA code by email.

Please click on Didn't Get Code? And there should be a email option to send.
