I don't know what email i used to create my account and i can;t log in

Wasn't aware I was doing that. Perhaps I should read posted responses before I jump in.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@jiggi   you can first try to use the Reset Password link on the login page, enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Hi @jiggi   check if you have any welcome email from your mailbox, that would be the one you used

 

or open ticket with CS agent and they will reset for you

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Look in all your emails for the welcome email from when you signed up or any marketing and promotion emails (not community). Or try any and all emails you can think of in the reset password screen and see if one arrives somewhere.
