I can't access my account. It just cycles back to confirmation of the phone number

If you are having issues login. The 2FA code is texted to your phone. You can click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have it sent to your email.
You can get assistance from a CS_Agent to help you login to your account if you are still having issues.

More details would be helpful. New versus existing customer? Were you able to login before?
You could try on the PM app instead. The website is finicky. You could try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device.
