I am totally unable to register my sim card.
First I got stopped during the number port portion with the alternate number regex problem. So I followed advice from this community and restarted the process with the idea that I would choose a new number and then port my old one.
When I get to the number porting screen 1 of 2 things happen
1) there are no regions in the region drop down so I can continue
2) there is no region dropdown and the continue button is inert

All good - I shortened my name and removed the space in the postal code. The form submissions worked.

Tried using the advice. I still can't get past the "2. Choose Phone Number" step.
The continue button does nothing. I'll message a moderator but I'm having serious second thoughts.

First read this before you try again:
When you do try activation:
- DO NOT port-in your current number duing activation; take a temporary number
- clear your browser's cache and turn off any ad/popup blocker
- if your name(s) is longer than 10 characters shorten it
- be sure your postal code is entered WITHOUT spaces
- choose any valid Canadian number as “Alternate” that is not your own

I just tried again on a new restarted browser (chrome this time) and it became unresponsive.
