Can't Receive/Send Calls or Texts

plantingbeets34

Hi community, I recently switched my iPhone 13 Pro from Rogers (SIM) to Public Mobile (eSIM). I used the app and transferred my phone number; I received the text from my previous provider regarding the transfer, approved the transfer, and received an email from Public Mobile about a successful transfer. I now have the issue of not being able to receive/send any text messages or calls. I have since tried to restart my phone multiple times, removing the old SIM, a combination of both, etc. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

I have already messaged this Chatbot previously and was advised to wait (was told it could take up to 5 hours for this problem to resolve). The provider transfer took place over 24 hours ago, and these issues are still ongoing.

Do you have the contact number for customer service or porting service?

You'll need to ingage PM agents for assistance.

I am unable to receive any incoming calls (also can't see any voicemails left). I have removed the Roger SIM and set PM as my Primary within my cellular settings. The same issues are still occurring.

Can you receive incoming calls?

And make sure you removed the Roger sim card.  After you removed that, reboot the phone and reset network settings and check to make sure PM esim is the Primary and enabled Turn on this line
