I cannot log in because I deleted my eSIM number. I wanna stop to pay but Blocked by two-factor authentication

You should be able to login via 2FA email instead. 

When you try to login first, do you see the "didn't receive the code" link.  Click on that link and then you can get the option for email 2FA code instead of text.  Then you can unsubscribe from your subscription.

you can ask PM to help to with the login, and ask them to remove the credit card on the system
