Greetings again
I recently had this problem, and it was fixed for a while but it's back again.
When someone wants access to my townhome, they go to a call box and press my entry code. This rings my phone, and I press a number on the keypad to open the gate. All of this was working fine for a very long time then, just recently, it stopped working again. When I press the number on the keypad, nothing happens. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating, especially at 5:30 AM and I am unable to walk to the gate, as arthritis won't permit.
Can anyone help me, once again, get this problem fixed once and for all please? Any help greatly appreciated.

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

The keypad I referenced is on my cell phone. I choose that, hit a number and the gate opens. Thing is, Public was able to fix it when it happened last time, but I don't know what they did.

@RemmySheda I suspect the issue is your phone, not PM. I went through something similar with my condo call box not reaching one of my 2 phones, regardless of what sim/account was in it. I would try your sim in another phone. Here is the link to my issues 2 years ago:

It could be more a device problem than PM's service issue. The DTFM tones might have disabled or changed by the phone's software. please check your dialer app's settings. Some phone has a choice of "long" or "short" DTMF tones.
Also test the sim card in another phone

If I read this correctly, when someone is at the gate, you are alerted by your ringing phone. And you have always been able to able to enter a number on the “keypad” to allow them entry. Is this a keypad on the wall of your unit, or the cell phones keypad? If it is your wall keypad failing, that is not a PM issue and should be taken up with your building super/ property manager. If you can open it by putting a code into your cell phone, I’d be surprised. Maybe it’s a Bluetooth system that needs reconnecting? Perhaps you have a wifi blocker set in the overnight hours? Thus allowing calls to come in but nothing further. I think I have more questions than answers…
