Had a nightmare getting going on Public Mobile. Now I can't log into Self Serve.
I keep getting this even if I reset my password! Please Help!!

Were you ever able to login to self serve at all? Or is this your first attempt at logging in? I know that some people with activation problems end up not having their self service account actually created, and have to do so on this page. Something to try, if you've never been able to login.
