I was having an issue being locked out of both the community and public mobile accounts so I changed my email address and was finally able to log into the community. Can you update my email address so I can log in to public mobile?

@Checka223 - Is your community account linked to your PM account via EverSafe? If it is, it should automatically change with My Account as well.
If it is different emails still you can contact CS_Agent to get it fixed:

hi @Checka223 check with support agent, they can either update the email address or fix the old one
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
