Yes have logged in since upgrade

I get code and put it in that's not the problem. Then it says resume activation and then I get error code.

did you ever login since PM upgrade the login to EverSafe?

Try login once more using either the app or using browser with Incognito mode

If it still does not work, please open ticket with support here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@laurakociuba  Try tapping  resend code a few time s . You should get option to send code to email instead . If your still having issues get support to help you regain access to your account
