@Bainer55 there are 2 logins, first one is the Community, the one at the end is the My Account access or PIN, don't get it mixed up...

I go to the chatbot, go through all the motions of getting an agent, asks me to login and all that which I do and it works, until I get to the end where i have to verify my identity and it says my credentials are invalid even though i can login and everything before i get to that point
