Can not send sms and mms to international phone.

My plan is $25 unlimited calls in Canada and unlimited international text messages. I found I cannot send any message to international phones. Asking for help! Thanks

Maybe it's the recipient's carrier.  I simply use "+" and country code to text China Mobile number and SMS always goes through. Never tried MMS or texting Unicom or Telecom numbers tho.

It's 011 OR +. Not + in front of 011. Although what you had should've worked. But try 011 anyway. I've been reading a couple posts about people not sending internationally.

Send to Chinese mobile phone. Yes I added the international code of China.

What country are you trying to text? Do you have the correct country code included in the number?

Is your data on?

Which phone are you using?

Did you try on different phone?
