Can not receive texts

Can not receive text messages from anyone even myself. I have powered off phone, removed battery and have cleared memory and storage. Anyhelp would be great.

@Spider There are some problems in texting in the past few weeks. The annoucement said it was resolved. However, you should contact the Moderator and get it solved soon. 

@Spider, looks like you should contact The Moderator Team. Wait time is few hours up to 2 days. Meanwhile, you might also want to provide more info here if you want some help from fellow customers.

It just stop working in the last day or two. Was working both for sending and recieveing

If you're on a limited usage plan, what does your account overview look like?

Did you port over from another number?

Are calls in/out working?

Been with public for several months and I can send messages to others bit can not receive from others or myself.

Can you send messages?

 

When did you sign up to public mobile? Did text messages ever work?

 

What happens if you text yourself? Do you get it?
