I am An Nguyen, I activate my public mobile sim. I can call someone, But I can not receive calling from other number. Please let my know how can I do now?

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings, with the new SIM inside your device, upon a new activation with a cell provider.
If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port.
Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.
If you ported from a landline it could take up to 7 days to complete.
Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services.
Incoming calls are usually the last to port over.

You should get a SMS message from your old carrier asking to confirm if you would like to Transfer your number. Your reply should be: YES.
if you stuck with Transferring your old Phone Number, or is not complete processing

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. waiting a 1 minute,
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,

@Annguyen did you request porting (phone number transfer from your old provider to PM) ? if so, that is normal until the porting process is completed.
if you have requested porting, you should receive a text from your old provider and you need to reply YES within 90 mins. you got the text yet and you replied? Usually after you reply YES, the porting will completed in around 30 minutes to 2 hours. During this time, reboot your phone every 30 mins for an update
