waiting it for a while, public says it will take 5 hrs to successfully transfered

if problem still going on, do the live chat, you can find it in the right corner

based on my experience, network will back online first, then phone calls and the text message will be the last function been transfered successfully

i was waiting like 30mins till able to receive txt
