Can not call out

I can not call local phone numbers. The message received is “call failed”. 

I can receive phone calls and text messages but I can not call out!

what could the problem be?

I have shut down my phone and restarted it but still not luck.

not the issue. i had to reset my network connections...

if you have a plan with only limited Canada wide calling...and if you run outta minutes as suggested, you can also buy a 500 minute Canada wide calling add-on for $5. If you don't use them all up, they just keep rolling over until you do need them again. I have some from 2 years ago still. It's a good investment for plans with limited calling minutes.

@PeterMcN do you have plan with limited outgoing minutes (like the $15 or $13 plan?)

Try Reboot network settings or try sim on another phone.  Try calling with a 1, as well as without, in front of the 10 digits 

If you still cannot make calls, please open ticket with PM support:

    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
