This isn't accurate. Unsubscribing from autoapay does not immediately pause a plan, nor does a prevent a plan from renewing if there are already enough funds in the Public Mobile account for the next renewal. Either way, it's 90 days from the time that goes into suspension that ccounts, not 90 days from the time of disabling autopay.

Well it really depends. When the list of numbers comes up, you can choose from there. I've heard you can change the screen to show more numbers. Another option is you can port over your number from another service provider if you like that number. So there are a few options.

Don't be scard. There is a chance you can get the number back. As long as you can show PM you owned the number here before and the number has not been reassigned yet. Ask PM.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

So that looks like it's past the 90 day window. It looks like you're going to have to get a new number sadly.

The renewal was stopped in October 24.

Are you existing customer?
If yes, you can buy new sim and login My Account and update som card number
If you are new to PM, generally you can port in number but there are limitations on some numbers. What the area code and the next 3 digits? Maybe we can check

As long as it's been under 89 days. Try logging into your account and see if it's still active.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Once you unsubscribe (AutoPay) on pause for over 90 days. Your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from for nonpayment so you will need to contact them. Once the number is returned to the carrier, it will be put on pause for 90 days then it will be open for anyone who wants it.
If the pause is less than 90 days, just login to your account and make a manual payment with CC or vouchers.

Hello @jerry2021D
If it has been less than 89 days, you can still retrieve your number. If it's been 90 days or more, the number is now gone. You just need to log into your account with the email you set it up with and pick a current plan. You will need a new SIM card or eSIM to continue
