Yup, you can but why don’t you go on AutoPay so you can get $2 off your monthly bill?

Yes you most certainly can just keep in mind if you have a balance in your account and you wish to suspend your service for up to 90 days (you must pay and reactivate before 90 days or your account will be cancelled and deactivated and your phone number lost) you must suspend via lost/stolen to prevent the payment system from taking your plan payment from your available funds and/or enabling autopay to pay for your renewal.

Absolutely @chubakollie
Please bear in mind if you do this, and for whatever reason you decide to leave Public Mobile, any credit remaining will be forfeited and non-refundable.

@chubakollie Yes, certainly. Just load enough fund into your account. They will be sitting there as Available Fund. Renewal will always get the money from there first. If enough, then all good. If not enough from Available Fund, then it will get it through Autopay.
Are you going out of the country? if that is the case, you can change your plan to $15 plan to save a bit and change it back later when you are back.

@chubakollie - you sure can!
Obtain payment vouchers and load up your account OR top up your account with a credit card through your Self Serve account.
Any Available Funds added to your account will always be used first upon future renewals.
