Can I make calls in Switzerland with the international add-on?

I am making a trip to Switzerland this wednesday, and need to be able to make calls while I am there to locals.

I see a list of countries available with the $15 add on here:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/what-is-the-rate-for-international-call...

However, the post is from 2015 and I can't find a more recent list.

Thanks

Can you buy a local sim?  might be worth it depending on how long you will be there for.

Local SIMs in Switzerland are somewhat tricky, depending on the person behind the provider counter. According to their laws, you need to prove that you are a "resident of Switzerland", ie give them a valid local residential address, to get a local number.

Depending on the travel plans (ie are you traveling to other european countries? Other countries / providers may have different rules and their roaming charges in Switzerland should be reasonable) and length of stay it may or may not be worth the hassle and you might be better off with a service like this (disclaimer: I have no affiliation with the company and have not tried their services.)

On the other hand, if you have found a way around the residential rule, both of the biggest supermarked chains in Switzerland are MVNO providers:
