Finding Your Account Number

To find your Public Mobile account number:

1. Sign in to Self-Serve account
2. From here, your 14-digit account number can be found in the top right corner.

or if you have got the activation email from before, it is there as well.

Do you have access to your self service account?  If you do, then the account number is in the right upper corner of overview page.  If you do not have access, you can reset your password to access the account.  

Another possiblity is that Public mobile will usually sent you a welcome email when you first activated your SIM card.  The account number is in the address To: section of the email.  Usually starts with 10000.....
