Can I get help with a Sim swap request?

I have the new Sim written down. At the moment I have a Sim chip in the phone to be able to chat here. Im not sure what to do next.

you need to login My Account and update the sim card number with the new one.  After login, go to Profile page and you will see the sim card number there for you to update

I already bought my Sim card. Ive gotten back into my acct. If I put the  new Sim number in the edit spot. Will this work now that Ive updated and got my number running again?

hi @Sugarbooty you can do it yourself 

login My Account and go to Profile page to update sim card 

 If you have trouble getting 2FA code via text for login,  click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the 2FA code via email or voicemail (you can call yourself from another phone to retrieve the 2FA voice message)

After you logged  in the app, go to Account page and choose Buy sim card and select eSIM.
