@sonubal - can you check to see if you have any calls blocked in your contact list?
Also, do you have your device set to only receive calls from your Contact List?
Is so, either turn this setting off, or add those callers you want to receive calls from to your Contacts.

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. waiting a 1 minute,
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do Rebooting your phone ,This is quick and simple,to refreshing your network,
*what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.

They will usually go into vmail if you are out of cell tower range or if your phone is airplane mode.
Are these calls from some particular number(s)?

Did you recently port a number to here? Or is this a new thing? All calls? Or just some (as you say)?
