Calls to USA

I have tried several different phone numbers to Oregon and Washington and received messages stating that the number is not available .

Is my phone or the ability to call the USA being blocked?

Are you on this plan?

And if so, are you calling from WITHIN Canada?

If yes to both questions above, do one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

* reset network settings

Will the calls complete now?

If not, check with the Moderators about your account.
