Hello,
I recently joined Public Mobile-Canada/US plan. However, I am unable to place a call to US. I get an automated response that my call cannot be places as I used all my available minutes??? And that I should add more?
This supposed to be an unlimited plan and I have never called or used any minutes what so ever...
Please advise.

yes, it should work. did you try to put a 1 in front of the 10 digits?
try reboot the phone, or test the sim card in another phone
if that still not calling US, please ask CS agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
