My daughter has the $15 plan. She can make calls, and send sms to myself and my husband. She can receive sms from us but not from everyone and all calls made to her are going straight to voicemail.

Hello, I had a similar problem, my solution was to do a factory reset on my phone..but the difference was that some calls would go straight to voice-mail (always the same ones) and some numbers would go through.

Same problem from yesterday . Help. Posting was done many months ago
Also one number can't send me messages...he can send anywhere else...
Also submitting ticket errors continues:
"OOPS! WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.
This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)"
Clearing app and browser cache and restart didn't help

@Sabina84 how long she requested porting? If outgoing calls work but not incoming, it is a porting issue
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

Yes she did. There have been issues since we switched and ported her number. After restarting her phone she's been able to make calls and send texts but is only received msgs from certain people and all calls to her are going straight to VM. Is this her new PB Sim or is it her # port?

@Sabina84 Did she just port a number into PM ? If so there number to talk to live support to fix . Will send you it private message as we are not allowed to post it here
