Calls dropping

I cannot make out going calls.  When i dial a number as soon as it connects, the call drops.  

Happening for about 30 minutes, with no success

@leboubon  - I think this happens with network connection issues.

Try toggling your phone to airplane mode for a minute then back again. You can also try a reset of your network settings on your device.

If issues still persist try removing your SIM card and gently reinsert it. Could be slightly out of place or have debris lodged inside.

Hi  @leboubon   there should be no difference between Mobile lines or land lines

Is it just one or two  particular landlines you have trouble with?  Try couple different ones and tell us if they work

@leboubon Have you tried dialing with 1 or +1 in front of a number that is not going through? Do you have enough call minutes remaining on your $15 plan?

Data seems to be working fine.  Unsure about incoming calls.  Calls to cell phones seem to go, but not to landlines.

Try to reboot your phone and see if it helps
