Calls dropping

I cannot make out going calls. When i dial a number as soon as it connects, the call drops. Happening for about 30 minutes, with no success

Data seems to be working fine. Unsure about incoming calls. Calls to cell phones seem to go, but not to landlines. I am not on the $15 plan
