Calls and texts.

I can't receive calls or texts but I can make calls and send texts. Been happening since Feb 25.

I will try that when I have another phone here. I took sim card out to see if that would fix it but no.

It's not a new activation and I never did porting.

@Jynxy2020  Did you just port a number into PM ? If so did you leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text ? And do you still have old providers SIM card ? I’m guessing it still works and the port didn’t complete . If that’s the case no worries I’ll private message you the porting team number . Give them a call and they can re trigger the port request for you .

look like the porting was not done.  I sent you a phone number to your Community inbox  to call Porting team.
