I have a Huawei P20, recently I had to change payment methods because payment method expires, after changing the payment method, I haven't been receiving all Calls. Some of my friends calls have not came through, my parents and their calls don't come through. I've checked all possible settings that could be impacting this, but there is nothing wrong in my settings.

@Matt3906 if you account status says Active, try :

If it is Suspended status, you will need to make a manual payment
If your plan still does not reactivate / resume and it shows $0 owing, try adding a $1 top-up payment.

If still issues reactivating the plan, ask CSA for assistance.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off the phone and wait 2 minutes then power back on.
See if that works.

Could you confirm your account is Active? Maybe payment update was not successful and your account is suspended.
Can YOU call anybody? Can you send/receive SMS? Internet is working or not?
