Can not make a call and use mobile data after subscription as a new member

May I ask for a help as a new member? I can not make a phone call and use mobile data after subscription. I am suing iPhone. Thank you for your help!

You can purchase a new PM SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10 or from PM for $10 but may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Or from Amazon for $5.

@Woda_20 you have esim? if so, make sure the esim is enabled or "Turn on this line" is toggled on.

and ask CS_agent to confirm first before buying new physical sim card

Thank you very much! I don't have a public mobile SIM card.Do I need to buy one public mobile SIM card?

if you have an old sim card still in the phone, make sure you remove it and only have Public Mobile sim card there.  if old one is esim, disable it by toggle off "Turn on this lin"

and then make sure Public Mobile sim is set as Primary and toggle on "Turn on this line"

if your phone still does not connect to Public Mobile network, then it is a sim provisioning issue.  Easy fix for PM support but you need to engage them by direct message
