Calling a Mexico cell number while in Mexico

Hi, I have tried all the combinations I could find but have not been able to call a Mexican cell number.

Has anyone found a combination that works?

Thank you, I am able to call a Canadian phone number by dialing +1 before the area code and phone number and it works! 

Now back to my original question, how can I call a Mexican cellphone number while I am in Mexico?

try dialing +1...area code...number in Canada. Make sure you're connecting to AT&T, TelCel  or even Movistar.

Try all these ways to call Canadian and US number when you are in Mexico.  (Some confirmed only one of these ways work for them, so really try them all)

• +1 <area code> <7 digits>
• 001 <area code> <7 digits>
• 00+1 <area code> <7 digits>   (key is to use a + in between the 00 , actual dial the plus sign, it does not mean concatenation)
•  00 1 <area code> <7 digits>

I purchased the Canada/US/Mexico plan before coming to Mexico.

I'm able to complete my calls to Cdn number while in Mexico by dialing +1...area code....number. 

You do need to have a Canada / Mex calling plan to call while in Mx.

Data works? Just not calling?

A few others have posted that you simply dial the area code and then the number with no exit or country code. 10 digit number only and it works!

But some did this:  add the "+" in front of the number  +011 52-(area code)-xxx-xxxx.
