Calling Vietnam and Gifted Minutes

Hi,

I have 1,000 minutes international call gifted from PM (and 2Gig of data) not yet used.

Q1: Can I call Vietnam with the 1,000 minutes mentioned above? If not, how much per munites and how do I purchase them?

Q2: I've never ran out my 100 minutes monthly plan before. And when I do, does my 1,000 international minutes automatically kick in for me to use within Canada? Are there any steps I need to do?

You can probably find some calling cards at your local convenient stores, like Circle K or 7 11 , that will allow you to call Vietnam.

@Strinh   Yes, as there is no PM addon that can call Vietnam, you have to rely on LD  Calling cards or other apps like Whatsapp, Skype, etc

When you finish using your regular calling minutes, you'll be able to use those long distance minutes automatically.

You don't have to do anything.

Sorry but Vietnam isn't a country you call call with those long distance minutes.

HI @Strinh  sorry, your LD minutes cannot be used to call Vietnam.  

Vietnam in fact is not part of any PM LD addon

For your 100 min, if it runs out, yes, those Christmas bonus can be used to call within Canada and will kick in automatically.  You don't need to do anything
