Calling 1800 numbers

Why am I not able to connect to 1800 numbers

I had this problem for almost a week..I opened a ticket half hour ago, restarted my phone and im able to call 1800 and 1888 nd 1866 numbers again..Bless You 🙏

This happens often with customers of Public Mobile. I'd suggest a few things. Reboot the phone. If it's still happening, try dialing #31# before the 1-800 to see if that helps. That will block your number so if your number is geo restricted, this may help.

Blocking the outgoing call display phone number will not help.  Phone service companies don't need call display to know the phone number that is being called from or the location the call is being placed from.

@Rusty14  Some Toll free numbers can be geographically restricted. The problem is not with Public Mobile. Some companies restrict what areas can call them with their toll free number.  Try it from a landline if you can and I suspect you wont connect from their either.

Go to the bottom right corner tap the envelope and ask for help and follow the prompts
