Hello,
It is been more than 3 months that I can't make a call. Now I checked my account and have used 5 minutes but I can't make the call. Please help me to resolve this issuees.

Are you a new customer? Has this been going on since you signed up? Also why did you wait so long to ask for help

so, you cannot make outbound calls? can you receive inbounds?
does the phone shows connected to Public Mobile? data works?
best to test the sim on another phone. If you don't have another phone, try to Reset All Networks
