Hope y'll are doing well!
I noticed 1 thing & I wanted to ask you guys here, do all of you notice the call quality from PM 5G to other carriers, irrespective of the gen they are using (4G or 5G)
I have noticed this a lot, considering my friends have diff carriers than I do! It impacts the calling a lot, I have to tell them to work on their volumes or speak loudly!
Does anyone know what is the main thing?

I see. Okay. My US-Canada plan has not been activated yet, so once it gets activated, I can try to see if it happens with me as well or not. Even if the network sometimes fluctuates here, I guess that is also one of the reasons that the call quality isn't up to the mark!

I've never noticed that issue. The only thing I've noticed is a bit of a delay when calling the US. It makes conversation challenging when there is a delay transmitting our voices. That said, I have the same results with Telus as well, so it's not just a PM thing.

You can let them know with the link down below but Telus / Koodo also use VoLTE as that is HD Calling:

@Shubh2023 - All phone carriers in Canada at the moment only have Calling technology up to VoLTE at the moment.
So '5G' in your status bar only means your data is on 5G (NSA / SA)
So it will be the same call quality over both network types & why it is quicker to switch from 5G to LTE than 5G / LTE to 3G HSPA.
