Call issue

AribaSaleem
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I need to book an important doctors appointment but I'm not able to make any calls, and I think I'm not able to receive them as well, this just recently happened. I haven't done anything different. And I've done all the things I was suggested like restarting my phone etc but nothing seems to work. What should I do?

@AribaSaleem  You can contact customer service by opening a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work you can send them a private message using this link

Another thought is that some areas seem to have had a problem with 3G the last couple of days.  What phone do you  have?

If cellular data is working, or you have wifi, you can download a voip app like Fongo or TextNow and get a phone number you can use in the interim for your important call/s until the problem with yours is figured out.

Hello @AribaSaleem

First, dial 611 from your phone and see if your account is paid or inactive. You can also log into the app on your phone or online. That may be a sign why it doesn't work.

If it is paid,  I'd suggest going into your network settings and reset your network and reboot after that.

If that doesn't work, take out your SIM card and try it in another phone. Reboot that phone and if it works, it's your phone.
