Since October 2020, my Public Mobile Account will no longer exist ( changed the phone operator). How can I get access to my call history for the period of using Public Mobile? Thanks

@OlekKrut3385 isn't that CRA would just ask for the invoice proof instead of actual call history?
You can message PM Customer Support Agent for invoice copy. Many people done it before for tax purpose. They will do it for Active account, not sure about cancelled accounts
But if you want details Call history, I am not sure if they will provide. Again, try asking them as well. Nothing to loss

@OlekKrut3385 , you could try sending a private message to the customer support agents to see if your account information is still available in the history files.

@OlekKrut3385 is there any big reason why you need your call history from that far back? Like it is requested by the police or so?

You can't if your account is no longer Active.
